Foley up for sale

Foley Timber and Land Company announced Thursday that it is exploring the sale of its vast timberlands in Taylor and surrounding counties.

The 560,000 acres or 876 square miles of premium timberlands centered in Taylor County is the largest contiguous piece of vacant private land east of the Mississippi River.
