More rain? No worries! Bluegrass bands play on

It was as if the crowd at the 13th annual Florida State Bluegrass Festival wanted to set their own record. When this year’s version of the World’s Largest MoonPie was unveiled Friday evening, it only took them 20 minutes to turn the massive dessert–measuring 40 inches across, weighing 50 pounds and consisting of 45,000 calories–into a collection of crumbs.

The 2015 MoonPie Princess, Brook Chaney, cut the first ceremonial slice, and then, as cameras and news crews watched, the MoonPie was quickly cut into slices and served to the hungry festival-goers.
