The Taylor County Commission has endorsed a new security plan for the county courthouse which will eventually result in access being limited to one entrance and all visitors passing through a metal detector before visiting any of the offices in the building.
County Administrator Dustin Hinkel addressed the commission Monday, updating the board on a series of meetings held with representatives from the various offices in the courthouse.
