Kornegay off BioNitrogen board

Former BioNitrogen CFO and President Bryan Kornegay has been removed from the company’s board of directors.

Perry City Manager Bob Brown told the Taco Times he was notified by the company of the move last week. BioNitrogen is currently working to construct a $300 million urea fertilizer plant in Taylor County.
