For the second time this spring, glitches in the online component of the new Florida Standards Assessment (FSA) prevented local students from taking the test as planned.
According to Superintendent Paul Dyal, students and teachers were unable to log in to the system Monday morning, forcing administrators to cancel testing at four schools for the day.
