Bailey competes in state weightlifting meet

Taylor County High’s Brinyce Bailey qualified for and competed in the State 1A weightlifting meet held last weekend at the Kissimmee Civic Center.

Bailey, a junior, bench pressed 365 pounds which was the third-best bench press in the finals. His attempt at 245 pounds in the clean and jerk failed.
