Business owner seeks helps with ‘spiteful’ neighbor

For counselor Joyce Fuller, parking is an issue for her clients.

“I worry about their safety—we are dealing with domestic abuse situations, abuse situations…and someone is taking up the parking spots at my front door,” Fuller told members of the Perry City Council while seeking their help to resolve the parking issue.
