City buys lot next to council room for parking

The Perry City Council unanimously agreed Tuesday to purchase the vacant lot adjacent to the council room for additional downtown parking.

City Manager Bob Brown told council members during their meeting that the property’s owner, Doyle Lundy, “has made the proposal to sell the lot next to the council room.”
