Betty\nSuzanne “Missy” Bullard, 5, passed away April 15, 2019 in\nPerry. Betty was born February 13, 1962 in Ocala to Arthur R. Bullard and\nMinnie Velma Baxley Bullard.

\nMissy was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Martin Baptist Church.\nShe was a friend and loved by many. She loved to fish and do crafts. She could\nalways make you laugh, even in the hardest of times and was a great cook. She\nwill be missed, for she was indeed a blessing to have in our lives.
\n
\nMissy was preceded in death by: her parents, Arthur R. Bullard and Minnie\nVelma Baxley Bullard; a brother, David Harold Bullard; and a sister, Glenda\nBullard Dietrich; and Carl Dietrich and Shirley Baggs Bullard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\nMissy is survived by: her soulmate, Ted Johnston; daughter, Jamie D. Ritchie;\ngrandchildren, Cody and Rachel Perry; brothers, Arthur Lee Bullard of\nCottonwood, Ala; Robert “Bob” Bullard of Steinhatchee; two sisters,\nSharon Juday and her husband, Paul of Martin, Ga., and Kathy Carroll of Hog\nValley; as a well as a host of nieces and nephews.

\nMemorial services will be held at a later date. All arrangements are under the\ndirection of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
