Cornelia Sue (Gainey) Saylor passed away April 29, 2019, at Shands Hospital\nin Gainesville. She was born on Sept. 2, 1959, in Cross City to Sylvester\nGainey and Betty Sue (Cannon) Meador. Sue was a loving wife, mother and friend\nto anyone that needed one. She was a stay home wife and loved spending time\nwith family and friends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sue is survived by her husband of more than 30 years Ted Saylor of\nSteinhatchee, her daughter Lynn (Shane) Padgett of Steinhatchee, grandson Layne\nPadgett of Steinhatchee, brother Roger (Melissa) Gainey of Horseshoe, brother\nLonnie (Lisa) Meador of Mississippi, sister Debbie Campbell, Rita (Garland)\nKing, Lynn (Ricky) Gibson and Paula (Dennis) Woodard, all of Mississippi and a\nhost of nieces and nephews. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is preceded in death by her father Sylvester Gainey, mother Betty Sue\n(Cannon) Meador, brother Rudy Gainey and sister Michele (Gainey) Hendricks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The family received friends and family in a celebration of Sue\u2019s life at her\nhome at 307 Allen Lane, Steinhatchee, Fla., on Saturday, May 4, 2019, around 12\nnoon. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
