Travis Raleigh Beach,\n82, passed away May 20, 2019, in Keaton Beach. Travis was born June 15, 1936,\nin Portsmouth, Va. to Elzie Beach and Grace Braddock Beach.
\n
\nTravis honorably served our country in the United States Marine Corps during\nthe Korean Conflict and the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War,\nretiring after 28 years of service as a Senior Master Sergeant. Travis and his\nwife, Faye, owned and operated Keaton Beach Marina for 15 years. He was of the\nBaptist faith and was a member of Blue Creek Baptist Church. Travis enjoyed\nfishing, sharing tall fishing tales and solving the world\u2019s problems from the\nfront porch of Keaton Beach Marina with the morning coffee crew.

\nTravis was preceded in death by: his bride, Faye \u201cBear\u201d Beach; his parents,\nElzie and Grace Beach; his brothers, Elzie Morris, Larry and Brad; and sisters,\nLaMar and Zeila.
\n
\nTravis is survived by: his children, Travis Beach, II (Sheryl), Sandy Beach\n(Buddy Manning), Tracie Singletary (Joel), and MeShell Beach; nine grandchildren,\nAmber (Jimmy), Heidi (Mark), Noah (Sarah), Grace (Chris), LaRee, Jess, Brant,\nTrystan (Eric), and Dustin (Shawna); 10 great grandchildren; as well as a host\nof nieces and nephews.

\nA celebration of Travis\u2019s life will be held Tuesday, May 28, at 4 p.m. at Burns\nFuneral Home of Perry with Bro. David Beigle officiating. The family will\nreceive friends from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, at Burns Funeral Home of\nPerry. After the service, the family will receive friends at Goodman\u2019s BBQ.\nThose who wish can make donation to the Blue Creek Baptist Church building\nfund. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
