Brenda H. Moss, 65, passed away on March 16, 2020, in Perry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brenda was born Nov. 23, 1954, in Valdosta, Ga., to Norman H.\nHolt and Oma C. Wiles Holt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mrs. Moss was a Christian of the Baptist faith. Brenda worked\nas an executive assistant with State of Florida, Department of Highway Safety\nand Motor Vehicles for 26 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In her spare time, Brenda liked to sew, make jewelry, bead\nwork and do alterations for friends and family. She made her daughters\nbridesmaid dresses and her dress for the wedding. She enjoyed gardening and\ntaking care of her potted plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Oma\nHolt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mrs. Moss is survived by: her husband of 46 years, Charles\nMoss; her children, Tony (Crystal) Holt, and Chrissy (David) Singletary; her\nbrothers, Acey (June) Holt and Roger (Cindy) Holt; her sister, Rita O\u2019Steen;\nfour grandchildren, Anthony, Donnie, Dustin and Courtney; and five\nstep-grandchildren, Dalten, Katlyn, Destiny, Robert and Dashaun; as well as a\nhost of nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 19, at\n10:30 a.m. at Carlton Cemetery with Pastor Wallace Holmes officiating. A lunch\nwill be provided at Boyd Methodist Church after the service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral\nHome of Perry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
