\nOn March 28, 2014, an application was tendered for filing with the Federal Communications Commission by Taylor County Broadcasting, Inc., licensee of Radio Station WNFK, Perry, Florida, requesting consent to the assignment of the license of WNFK, Perry, Florida, to Dockins Broadcast Group, LLC.
\nWNFK is currently silent, but is licensed to operate on a frequency of 92.1 MHz.
\nPower Country, Inc. is the sole shareholder of Taylor County Broadcasting, Inc., and the shareholders, officers, and directors of the two companies are Louis D. Bolton, II and Barbara Bolton.
\nFred Dockins is the sole member and interest holder of Dockins Broadcast Group, LLC.
