Dale Wilburn Stephens, 47, died July 8, 2015 in Perry.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 11, at 11 a.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Pastor Brian Braddock officiating. Interment services will follow immediately afterwards in Carlton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
