Arrest records remain sealed; court date set

Murder suspect Garrett Arrowood, 26, will have his first pre-trial hearing Aug. 17 at the Taylor County Courthouse.

His court-appointed attorney has already entered a “not guilty” plea on his behalf and he remains in custody without bond.
