Laura G. Cogdill, the award-winning author of “Liquidating Life: An Almost- Daily Account of a Journey with Brain Cancer,” will be at the Taylor County Public Library Monday, July 27, at 5:30 p.m.
The non-fiction book looks at the love and faith she shared with her husband John Cogdill while facing his terminal illness and includes e-mails, telephone calls, “sticky notes” and other messages shared between them and their family and friends. The book won a silver medal in the health/fitness category from the Florida Authors and Publishers Association in August 2014.
The free program is hosted by the Friends of the Taylor County Public Library.
