Taylor awarded $42,000 grant for restroom construction at Steinhatchee boat ramp

In addition to several grants included as line items in the 2015-16 Florida budget, Taylor County recently learned it will receive a $42,000 grant to help fund the construction of restrooms at the Steinhatchee public boat ramp as well as parking improvements at the site.

The project is expected to cost $85,000 with the county providing an in-kind match of $11,000 through engineering and administrative service as well as a cash match of $31,000.
