Award-winning author to speak at library July 27

Laura G. Cogdill, the award-winning author of “Liquidating Life: An Almost- Daily Account of a Journey with Brain Cancer,” will be at the Taylor County Public Library Monday, July 27, at 5:30 p.m.

The non-fiction book looks at the love and faith she shared with her husband John Cogdill while facing his terminal illness and includes e-mails, telephone calls, “sticky notes” and other messages shared between them and their family and friends.
