Women in serious condition after head-on crash

Two Perry women were seriously injured when they crashed head-on with a tree Monday night, Aug. 3, on Morgan Whiddon Road.

Jumelia Lee, 32, and Alanna Sadler, 31, were both transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital (TMH). According to reports, Lee underwent surgery Tuesday morning and remains in intensive care. Sadler, who is in stable condition, is scheduled for surgery today (Wednesday). Both women sustained multiple fractures.
