Charles Wilburn Stephens, 91, of Perry, died Aug. 4, 2015, at Doctors’ Memorial Hospital in Perry.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 7, at 10 a.m. in the Joe P Burns Memorial Chapel with Bro. Matt Swain officiating. Interment will follow in Carlton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, Aug. 6,  from 6-8 p.m. at Joe P Burns Funeral Home.
