City $$$ in check as budget talks move forward

For the first time in decade, the Perry City Council began proposed budget talks with a balanced budget before them.

“This is the first time I can remember in my time as city manager that we are presenting you a balanced budget to work from in planning for the new fiscal year,” City Manager Bob Brown said.
