James Seth Rowell, 74, of Tallahassee, died July 26, 2015.

A visitation was held Wednesday, July 29, from 6-8 p.m. at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral Home. Funeral services were held Thursday, July 30, at 11 a.m., also at the funeral home. Interment followed on the grounds of MeadowWood Cemetery.
