Cruce death will go before a grand jury

The State Attorney’s Office will present the facts related to the Aug. 7 death of a 22-year-old Madison man to a grand jury, which will then decide if charges are warranted in the case.

Travis Lee Cruce was killed around midnight Aug. 7 on the road known as CC Grade in Three Rivers Hunt Club. (The dirt road is also commonly referred to as Cabbage Grove Tower Road and Power Line Road.)
