Brown calls out Hampton on treatment of city employees

Apparent frustration on both sides led to a terse exchange between City Manager Bob Brown and Councilwoman Shirlie Hampton at Tuesday’s regular council meeting.

It began with Hampton stating that she continues to receive complaints about speeding on Swartz Street and in the area known as The Trap.
