Man charged with making threats via Facebook

A former Georgia resident who made threats against a police officer, sheriff’s captain and city mayor was arrested here Friday and charged with three counts of terroristic threats and acts.

Kenneth Billy Boring, 44, remains at the Taylor County Jail awaiting extradition to Fairmount, Ga.
