Smile! Baby Photo Contest announced

You know you have a great photo of your child on your cell phone—now is the time to get it printed and enter the annual Florida Forest Festival Baby Photo Contest.

The entry fee is $9 and age categories are: 0-6 months, 7-11 months, one year, two years, three years and four years.
First, second and third place will be awarded in each category.

Judges will be looking for: uniqueness of photo, capturing the moment, baby showing personality and photogenic quality.

Requirements are: must be an amateur photo (no professional or studio entries), must be enlarged to a 5×7, only one photo per child can be entered and photos must have been taken after April 1.

Entries should be submitted at Photos & Frames (102 East Main Street). The deadline is Oct. 9.

Winners will be announced at the Little King & Queen Pageant Saturday, Oct. 10.
