Craft for a cure Sept. 19

The Red Hat Ladies Relay For Life team will host its annual Crafting for a Cure event Saturday, Sept. 19, at First Presbyterian Church from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Crafters may reserve a table for a $10. Residents are invited to stop by and see all the homemade items local crafters have been making.

Lunch and dinner will be available (for a small donation) and there will be a drawing for a basket filled with handmade items.

Craft activities will include knitting, crocheting, jewelry making, scrapbooking, stamping and more. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
