    INVITATION TO BID
    The City of Perry is requesting bids to perform a Phase I Cultural Resource Assessment on approximately 9.68 contiguous acres in the City limits. The area consists of 4 parcels of land, identified as parcel numbers 03632-000; 03595-000; 03918-100; and 03918-000.  The area is currently vacant land, all located in an AE flood zone and bisected by a man-made canal/channel of non-navigable Spring Creek. The boundary area is shown in bright green inside the Spring Creek Flood Aerial attachment.  The planned use for the area is a community park with a pond and a re-routed creek channel.  Also attached is an UNAM wetland scoring report for identified wetland in the area, a State of Florida Historic Preservation letter of no findings, and a request from the Seminole Tribe of Florida to have a Phase I Cultural Resource Assessment conducted.  The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has made the Phase I Cultural Resource Assessment of requirement to issue a permit for work on the properties.
