Hooks reel in 2nd place at the Gotham City Slug Fest

The Gulf Coast Hooks 8-under baseball team competed in the Gotham City Slug Fest in Valdosta, Ga., on Saturday, Sept. 19, and took home the second place trophy.

The Hooks went 1 and 1 in pool play and had a big win in the elimination game to get them into the championship where they came up short against a very strong Georgia Batmen team.
