Dove season opens Sept. 26 in Florida

The first phase of dove season opens this Saturday, Sept. 26, in Florida and will run until Oct. 26.

Mourning and white-winged doves are legal to take. Shooting hours for the first phase are from noon until sunset. The daily bag limit is 15 birds.
