Former TTI finance director sentenced for $100,000 theft

Former Taylor Technical Institute (TTI) finance director Leeann P. Tomlinson, 54, has 20 years to repay some $124,000 in restitution to the Taylor County School District or she faces 10 years in prison.

Under a plea agreement reached with the State Attorney’s Office, Tomlinson was sentenced to 15 years probation for grand theft with another five years of probation tacked on for an additional theft charge (to be served consecutively).
