Council moves forward with 82% pay raise for itself

City residents will have two opportunities to voice their opinions of a proposed ordinance that would raise city council salaries from $6,131 per year to $11,525 annually.

Council members were presented a draft copy of the proposed ordinance at their Tuesday meeting.
