Perry man gets three-year prison sentence

A Perry man who pulled a gun on his ex-girlfriend was sentenced to three years in prison Monday by a Citrus County judge after pleading no contest to a charge of aggravated assault with a irearm.

Glenn Smith, 45, was ordered to serve a minimum/mandatory three-year sentence on the charge.
