Steinhatchee business owners ask county to approve Sunday wine sales

For the second time in as many weeks, the Taylor County Commission was discussing alcohol, this time after a group of Steinhatchee business owners requested the board consider allowing wine sales on Sundays.

The commission will consider the issue during its Monday, Nov. 2, meeting, at which time they will decide whether to instruct County Attorney Conrad Bishop to draft a proposed ordinance to allow wine sales on Sunday.
