Jury finds Wall guilty of DUI manslaughter

Jurors took less than an hour Wednesday afternoon to return a guilty verdict in the DUI (driving under the influence) manslaughter trial of Jason Wall, 33, for the 2011 crash that claimed the life of Erin Walker Lawless, 28.

Wall was also found guilty of DUI with serious bodily injury for critical injuries sustained by a third passenger in the vehicle, Christopher Carnley, 35. A fourth passenger, Christine Marie Arnold of Clermont was also injured in the rollover crash but was not named by the State Attorney’s Office in the charges against Wall.
