Giacomucci takes 2nd, Kallschmidt 5th at state meet

Taylor County High track team  members Ashley Giacomucci and Luke Kallschmidt brought home several ribbons from the State AA meet held Saturday at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.

For the second straight year Giacomucci was runner-up in the triple jump with a leap of 37-3, finishing three inches behind the state champ. She also competed in the long jump and placed 7th with a jump of 17-2.
