Legislators listen to official requests, fracking concerns

Taylor County’s legislative delegation, consisting of Sen. Bill Montford and Rep. Halsey Beshears, spent more than an hour listening and engaging with local officials and residents about a wide range of issues.

Montford opened the annual meeting, which was held Thursday, Oct. 29, by saying he enjoys opportunities to “hear first hand” from people about issues effecting Taylor County, North Florida and the state as a whole.
