Kenneth Wayne Platt, 67, of Lake City, died Nov. 5, 2015, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 9, at 2 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Homes of Perry with Percy Jacobs officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Perry.

The family will receive friends Monday, Nov. 9, from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at Joe P Burns Funeral Homes of Perry.
