Betty L. Thigpen, 67, of Perry, died Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, at Shands Hospital in Gainesville following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 13, at 11 a.m. in the Joe P. Burns Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Pastor Cricket Watson and Pastor Herbie High officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Thursday, Nov. 12, from 5-7 p.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home, which is in charge of all arrangements.
