Complaints spur county commission to question DMH’s ‘customer service’

Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH) administrators faced tough questions from the Taylor County Commission concerning complaints board members have been receiving about the quality of care patients are receiving at the hospital.

DMH CFO Doug Faircloth was presenting the latest financial figures at the board’s Nov. 2 meeting when the questions were posed to him and Interim CEO Mary Lescher, who was in the audience.
