City Manager Bob Brown and members of the Perry City Council fielded questions Tuesday on their knowledge–or lack thereof–regarding the recent bankruptcy filing by BioNitrogen.
The company, which has been working to build a $300 million urea fertilizer plant here, sought bankruptcy protection from a default judgment order regarding an outstanding loan with Canadian firm Annon Consulting.
