Expired tag leads to discovery of hash oil & 1 arrest

Hash oil and several grams of cannabis were seized during a traffic stop Friday afternoon on Highway 19, just north of Slaughter Road.

The driver, Zachary Caleb Mallan, 20, of Tampa, told investigators the drugs and additional drug paraphernalia were his. (There were two additional passengers traveling with him.)
