Man flees scene, is later charged with second DUI

A Perry man who fled the scene of a rollover crash late Wednesday, Nov. 25, now faces multiple charges including driving under the influence (DUI) and possession of synthetic marijuana.

Garrett H. Dixon, 25, was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to use due care. The DUI charge was listed as his second.
