Wall’s motion for new trial denied

Jason Wall hoped that claims of an alleged middle school romance between a juror and a victim’s younger sister would derail his DUI (driving under the influence) manslaughter conviction.

However those hopes died Monday when Circuit Judge Greg Parker denied his motion for a new trial.
