Joseph “Joe” Warren Taylor, 85, of Perry died Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015, at his home.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be held on Sunday, Dec. 13, at the Perry Golf and Country Club from 2-5 p.m.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Elks National Foundation Scholarship 2750 N. Lakeview Ave., Chicago, Illinois 60614.
