Lockdown exercise gets ‘all clear’

The Taylor County Courthouse went on lockdown Wednesday morning as part of a building-wide exercise simulating a homicide and hostage situation in one of the courtrooms.

“The exercise went very smoothly,” Taylor County Emergency Management Director Steve Spradley said.
