School board recognizes Giddens

The Taylor County School Board and Superintendent Paul Dyal recognized Meagan Giddens (center) last week for her freshman cross-country season, during which she won the District 2-2A individual title and qualified for the regional and state finals. She was also named to the Tallahassee Democrat’s All-Big Bend team. Shown with her are Coach Dan Anderson (left) and Dyal.
