Blount out for the rest of the NFL season with hip injury

The New England Patriots’ running back LeGarrette Blount will miss the rest of the NFL season after suffering an injury to his left hip in Sunday’s game against Houston.

The former Taylor County High standout went down in the first half of the Patriots’ victory over the Texans. He was off to a good start in the game carrying the ball 10 times for 53 yards.
