Man, 28, seriously injured after crashing stolen truck

A 2 a.m. crash Wednesday left a Perry man not only seriously injured, but also facing a slate of serious charges.

Howard Emory, 28, was transported to Doctors’ Memorial Hospital for treatment after crashing a 2003 Dodge Ram truck at the intersection of McDaniel Road and Wright Road during the early morning hours of Dec. 22. (It was subsequently found that the truck had been stolen from Massey Construction.)
