Arrest is made in mud bog hit-and-run crash

A 19-year-old Weeki Wachee man faces two felony charges for a hit-and-run crash that happened Florida Forest Festival weekend during the annual bog at Iron Horse Mud Ranch.

Shane Bradley Peele was booked at the Taylor County Jail Tuesday, Jan. 12, on charges of reckless driving causing serious injury and leaving the scene of a crash with serious injury. He posted a $4,000 bond and was released that same day.
